A walk in the park or in your backyard will provide you with a lot of materials that you can use to make those invitations. Leaves, wood bark, beads, sand, eggshells and everything that you can lay your hands on can be a potential ingredient to your creative project. A bit of patience and a creative mind is all you need to make the invitation-making project a success.
4. Cut-outs. You can use old cards and invitations or even colored magazines. Cut-outs and collages will not require too much from your pocket and can be attractive if you know how to make them right. Get some ideas from art sites or ask some of your artsy friends to contribute ideas on how to make your invites. Most of the time, it is not the materials that you use that is more important, but the ideas that you have in your head. And how you put these ideas to work.
