Illness

The heart, brain, stomach, and other organs of your body perform specific functions. But because of neglect in terms of health and fitness, they are not able to function well. When one organ is not functioning well, the others are affected and get weaker each day as well.  Just like anything else, your body is also subject to wear and tear especially when it is not given the proper care.

Failure to give your body  the necessary care that it deserves puts your health and fitness at risk. One can most likely develop unwanted problems like the various illnesses we hear everyday and getting sick is not something we want to experience at all.

To give your body the proper care it deserves, you need to prioritize your health & fitness and make it a part of the that things you can’t do without. After all, you only have one body. Once the different parts of your body give up, it is so hard to put it back into shape. It would cost you a lot of money and not to mention the inconvenience of living an unhealthy life. Surely living with an illness is not something that you would want for the rest of your life.
