They specialize in tracking, organizing, maintaining and compiling the constantly changing market information. It gives the RE Agent up-to-date information on estate listings, industry projections, market indicators, etc. Buyers demand this information so that they can make informed decisions when bargaining for a particular property. The REVAs collate all this information in a format required by the agent. The money-intensive industry is highly regulated. A successful agent requires the services of a reliable, legally sound REVA.
An informal poll has shown that over 90% of the REVA are women as it is a good home business for them while they take care of family. A PREVA is able to earn an annual gross income of around $29,000, while very successful PREVAs could earn as much as $200,000. The demand for the services of a PREVA is growing at a fast pace.
